#WeMend Summit is the culminating event of May We Mend, After Hours Club's Mental Health Awareness Month campaign. A wellness sanctuary and an entire day designed around what actually helps: moving your body, expressing yourself, connecting with people who get it, and having the kind of conversations that don't usually happen in traditional professional spaces.
